My name is Irina Allison; I am a Broker-Owner of Apex Real Estate Brokerage. I offer 18 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, as well as property management. I am passionate about finding just the RIGHT HOME for the buyer as every person's budget and time frame are unique and require an individual approach! I VERY MUCH ENJOY working with sellers - creating a perfect marketing strategy to sell their property in the shortest time possible, for the highest profit the market will bear.

Irina was absolutely stellar. She epitomizes perfection in her line of work! She was always available and fought for us every step of the way! I and my wife are writing this review from our hearts. We truly could not have been blessed with a more wonderful, Knowledgeable and caring Realtor than Irina Allison! She was referred to us by long time friends and what a great match. We were able to share with her our concerns and fears of being 1st time home buyers and our past disappointments. She put us at ease right away and made sure we knew that she was going to do everything possible to find us our long awaited home. Once she knew what we were looking for she kept in constant contact with us and even communicated with us while she was on vacation, outstanding!!!! Irina recently helped us sell our home (which she helped us purchase 6yrs ago for 167,500). We sold it for $340,000 which is TWICE as much than what we purchased it for in addition to $25K MORE than our asking price!. Not to mention it was appraised for the full purchase price. We were in pure shock. Her team was awesome. From the staging photographer to the lender. Everyone was easily accessible and always answered our questions timely.
